Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NeonKana's anime discovery and streaming platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Service Description and Availability

NeonKana provides an anime discovery platform that aggregates licensed content from official partners, offers streaming services, and maintains a comprehensive catalog of anime series and movies available in the United States.

Service availability may vary based on your location, device compatibility, and internet connection. We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

User Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

Subscription Plans and Billing

NeonKana offers multiple subscription tiers including free ad-supported access, premium HD streaming, and family plans. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected during signup.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in service suspension or account termination.

Content Usage Rights and Restrictions

All content available through NeonKana is licensed from official distributors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may stream content for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not download, copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from any content. Screen recording, streaming to unauthorized platforms, or any form of content piracy is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

Prohibited Uses and Conduct

You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. Prohibited activities include attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users' enjoyment, or violating any applicable laws.

Harassment, hate speech, spam, or any form of abusive behavior toward other users or our staff is not tolerated. We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action including account suspension or termination.

Intellectual Property Protection

NeonKana respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. We respond to valid copyright infringement notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please provide our designated agent with the required information as outlined in our DMCA policy. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in Los Angeles, California, and governed by California law. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against NeonKana.

Termination Conditions

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through your account settings or by contacting customer support. We may terminate your account for violation of these terms or other legitimate business reasons.

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination of this agreement.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be conducted in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our rights.

Changes to Terms of Service
